"magic fingers" headunit won't tune

For the last year I could only tune in the "up" direction; it wouldn't tune going down the dial.

A few days ago it stopped tuning in the up direction, too.

I'm stuck on 88.1MHz.

Anyone seen this before? Fixes?

Knowing nothing about the stock deck but having a decent knowledge on electronics it sounds like its stuck. I'd try the obvious and clean the hell out of it. Canned air and maybe some goo gone
