Well, why not do a basic mylar cap 12db/oct high pass for the tweeter and a basic 6db/oct on the mid? Wont take but 20 minutes once the speaker is out. Maybe $10 in parts?
Hey Luke, care to explain that further? I have my doubts about the speakers that I got being actual premiums as I don't remember there being any caps on the speakers.. and that the tweeters and mids are wired in parallel using what harness there was in the car.

As soon as I get the car back (it's in the shop for a new clutch), I'll take them back out again and verify it.

The stock setup has crossovers in the stock midrange, so the tweeter has no crossover on it at all, except occasionally a tiny cap.

The stock install is odd, there are only 3 wires at the speaker.

I have pics coming of a proper stock speaker install, keep on Stephens ass about it. He is currently about to leave Seattle for California, so give him a day or three.

My current setup is an alpine ida-001 headunit with the internal amp turn off, fosgate 500 watt 4 channel amp, alpine 250 watt rms 2 channel amp bridged powering a 12 woofer in a sealed enclosure. Lots of sound deadner sprinkled through out. Sounds good but because there is no real audio settings the mids get over powered and distort forcing me to turn down the bass which kills the vocals, etc.
