So, final shape is nailed, all 6 boxes have the rough carcass finished, have to finish up the front panel, porting and upholstery.

To help with perspective, the thing is 15" tall and is 2 1/2" deep at the top.

Plenty of room for this woofer, more detailed pics when finished. Should fit most any 8" out there.

Oh yeah: the new Type J Miter Sled is done. I will make it better soon, but it is now easy for me to make repeatable angle cuts with well under 1/32" variation. I had to up my game for this box as I knew I would: smaller, thinner bits allow less room for error.

These have been a pain in the ass so far, but the math is solid. I should have the final tests done tomorrow, along with pictures. They won't be shipping until late this next week though, as I have other boxes that get finished before I can upholster.

As it sits, it is looking like we are talking $250 shipped (only $10 more east of the Mississippi) on these little beauties, still not 100% on what or how to do a very simple amp rack, but I will get that nailed too.

Jig is 99% finished...this is going to be a BIG improvement in production. Cutting angled pieces repeatedly is a bitch, so this new "Justin Jig" will make it easy and precise.

    I am EXCITE!

For everyone waiting on updates, this one sucks.

My jigs cannot go small enough to male the parts.

Justin B has a scheme we will be exploring. His idea may be a big improvement over my current design of jigs. His idea may increase production, but we have to build it first...so hang on just a few, progress shortly.

I also did not count on spending most of the day in court, but good for me I did. We went to trial and won, so no more dumb ticket!

I just did an Onyx 4.60 in a boat, it was pretty impressive...stunning considering it was $100.
