help me diagnose power windows, sunroof, and a/c

not sure what happened but all of a sudden my sunroof and windows stopped working. the buttons don't illuminate whatsoever. it's definitely not the breaker switch as it doesn't control sunroof nor explains why they don't illuminate. also my a/c stopped working at the same time. blower motor doesn't fire up nor do the a/c and recirculate buttons light up.

i have checked all related fuses, 17 + 20, they are fine, replaced them, still nothing. are there any relays or something i can check and where are they located? anybody have a clue on what it could be? help me diagnos this thing!

look to the unloader relay.

i'm not at a computer. and it's very difficult to search on my phone. i've tried and i'm getting nothing. where would i look?

okay so i believe i found them, k5+k7 right? should i replace both the relays? or do i need to replace my starter?

Disconnect the wire on the starter with the smallest nut (8mm). Turn the key to the on position, turn the fan blower on and touch the wire to ground. If the fan fires up then it is your starter.

so my starter is going bad? i've never replaced it since i've owned it and everything has been fine. i am going to try swapping relays and hope that fixes it. is there a way to bypass and ground it elsewhere rather than replacing the starter?

well i solved the issue. traced all wiring to fuse box and turns out po spliced into the power wire from the alternator and it had frayed away and came apart. used some shrink butt connectors and wrapped it wiring tape. all fixed.
