LukeBox...the end?

Get on it, bud! This is the end of the $200 shipped deal...I just have to get more money out of these...not for the sake of greed, but simply to keep my tiny little 2 man business afloat. As it is, we could make more money flipping burgers!
Shoot me a PM.
Thanks! I am able to do one-offs on cars that I have a model for...but no E36 here. Basically, I am going to beg/borrow/steal an E36...I need it for not less than 2 weeks!I'm interested in an e36 box as well.
The real battle of bass is won or lost at the box. Currently I've got my eye on a 15" Fi SSD for use in my e36. Their recommendation for a ported box is between 3~4 cu ft tuned to 33hz. Think that's doable?
I'd be hitting it with 500w RMS to start, but later on will be upgrading to 1000W RMS.
Box building science is just something I should learn more about.
I had some epic fails with backwave distortion, port noise, and tuning with my current system in the e30 (Hifonics Brutus 10" 500W RMS). That was a pretty big learning experience when it comes to acoustic dampening, port flares, using polyfill in moderation, etc... all has since been fixed.
You, Mister Luke, seem like one hell of a knowledgeable dude in the world of audio installs.
Best of luck, and hope your business takes off!
Coming from the guy with the best bass at Bimmmerfest..thanks! I am gonna work on it somehow. I need to get an actual shop and some more help, but we are going to make this happen, come hell or high water! People like you guys keep me alive. I am a shining bright young man, ready to take on the world in broken down old man's body...the support I get from the BMW community really does keep me sane. You have no idea just how much this all means to me.

Glad to see you expanding Luke. The e36 and e46 market will be huge for you. Also I need a box for my M3. Although it has the dreaded fold down back seats :/Leave a comment:

Turn off the flash and hold the camera steady with the timer on or set it on a tripod and timer. It will take clear photos.Hmm...that is exactly why I sell amp racks. Turns out most guys don't use the template to make the pretty panel...but the amp rack is inconceivably sexy.

I wish I knew how to take pictures that show just how awesome these look. The LED strip turns on when you open the trunk, there are 2 small fans that cool the amps and the fit is flawless.

I strongly recommend developing battery boxes for the E36 and E46es as well. If you can co me in meaningfully below WickedCAS, they should sell well to people who are absolutely not willing to consider blocking off the folding seats.Leave a comment:

Expanding to the 36 and 46 market is a good move; especially the former.Leave a comment:

I think it might be time for you to get some employee's :D I wish you luck in getting to that stage.
At any rate, guess I better order one up finally. Can you please tell me the weight differences between the 10" and 12" boxes one last time? Can't decide.Leave a comment:
