    I'm not sure the model number, but the Alpine I have matches really well when you switch it over to red illumination. If it helps it's the one with a flip down face, USB out the back, and no bluetooth.

    Luke or any other audio guys,

    That JVC head unit (the KDR720) looks pretty choice. Any reason to go with the Pioneer HU you recommended in your $500 build thread over the JVC? Or am I just splitting hairs at this price range?

    Both are actually prety impressive...but the JVC with the 5V pre-outs wins

    Yeah I'm liking the new JVC's right now, might be going with one of their head units. A nice thing about most of their new ones is the variable color control so you can have whatever color you like.

    Here is one I found with rear USB, has front USB and Aux as well, color control and lots of expandability.
