Non-Premium Sound, Need Decent Kickpanel Speakers.

I need a kickpanel speaker to replace the shitty blown alpine speaker that is in there.

Mine can't help it. It's an early 535. P-sound wasn't offered until '86 M.Y.

Besides, I've got a P.S. car that is donating it's components.

Anywho, have you tried Alpine? I hear they make good shit.

I went ahead and picked a pair of Infinity reference for 50 bucks from ebay.
I hope they do decent for a coax.

They will suck, but get a sub and you will be fine.

When you install them, you will see the cone sticks WAY the fuck over the edge of the speaker.

Make sure you space the grille out 1/4" or so or your speaker will be crushed and will not be able to move properly
