stupid question but if I were to buy installation hardware for a used aftermarket deck, where can I acquire a new sleeve and trim to secure the deck as well as a wiring harness?

From the radio manufacturer. No stores or vendors sell these parts. They are not for resale. Contact manufacturer.

If the radio is a popular brand, some install shops will keep spare's laying around. You can call around and ask.

I always have extra cages and trim rings around for brands I sell. Harnesses can be hit or miss though. I would check with all your local shops.
