Need help with stereo wiring

I need some help ok so im wiring my stereo and everything is going good I wired the stereo using wiring diagram in a previous thread .The stereo works fine as long as key is in off position once key is turned stereo cuts out and loses power and will no longer turn on. I check the fuse behind the stereo thinking it blew but it was ok. Need help from some stereo masterminds and if anything can anyone recommend a shop that could fix up a good system in socal .

You obviously have it wired wrong if its cutting out when the key is on. It should not power up with the key off, and should power on with key in the accessory position. You probably hooked up the ground to the illumination wire.

You need to view the sticky in this forum on stereo installation and follow it. You need to re-wire your power input to your head unit.
