Any idea what these connectors are for?

This one I found under my fuse box, and whats the little box beside the fuse box for?



And this one which is beside the ABS unit.

The orange one looks like an airbag sensor connector. Not too sure...anyone back me up on that?

It's an 87 325is so I don't think its and airbag connector my car never came with airbags.

I have the same yellow connector hanging loose in my 87 is. Not sure whats peaking out from the fuse box though...is it really that short?

Yeah it is that short, I'm wondering if its an alarm system or something? Were these cars prewired for alarms? I thought they weren't?

The little box beside the fuse box is for decoration. Really, in the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual it is shown as "auxiliary fuse". To the best of my knowledge, it was never used by BMW for any purpose. But the idea was that if you had an accessory circuit you wanted to wire, you could use this box to fuse it.

The black connector by the fuse box is for the horn for the 13 button.
