Ok I forgot to mention(on purpose) that I was changing out my starter to a new one and I didn't disconnect the battery. Yes i know I'm an idiot and know better.
Anyways, the first starter had the problem and I thought it was something to do with the wiring since all my fuses and relays were good sooo I tore into my dash. Everything is good, Ok went and warrantied out that starter and got another one.... same Issue. So I grounded the wire to the body of my car and everything works now.
My question to all of you guys who remans starters besides Cardone? Also where could I get a starter that wont give me this problem? The first starter was from a place called Metro and the second one was from Autozone.
I just took my ground and made it a permanent ground-to-chassis.....everything always works then.
