lost power to speedo, tach, headunit, and obc

While I was tidying up all the wires behind the head unit, something shorted and I seemed to lose power to the functions listed in title.
    I know I know, I should've unhooked the negative but I wasn't thinking.

How can I troubleshoot this problem?

    Check your fuses.

it was fuse #12 and #21 that were blown (for anyone that may come across this issue later on)

Also for anyone whom has this issue and fuses check out okay, all these functions are powered by wires that come from a factory splice under the carpet behind the drivers kick panel. If a little moisture gets in there and 20+ years later copper wire can and will turn to powder.
