    Gauge Cluster/ Cruise Control

So, i recently took my instrument panel out to put a new CF shell over it, just a cosmetic change. After i did this my computer, tach, MPG guage and thermometer have stopped giving me info. Only once in a while will the screen give me info, the MPG guage will work, and the tach works somewhat but is usually 1500-2000 rpm too high or will just go to 3000 and just stay there. Anyone have any ideas what that may be?
And also, among a plethera of other electronic issues, my cruise control just doesn't work :P any idea how to fix it?
    Thanks

SI board powers the tach, mpg gauge, temp gauge, Si lights, and OBC functions. Since all of these failed, I would change the SI board batteries. No point in checking them, if they are original batteries, which are well over 20+ years old, you can consider them dead and will need to be replaced.

Be sure the small single connector behind the cluster is connected to the green socket behind the speedometer. That is the cruise control signal output.
