Include a cabrio specific package (or choice of packages), and I might be a customer.
Already have Luke's cabrio sub box, but still running stock premium speakers everywhere else.
I currently have some packages in the group buy section with what are think are decently priced but will offer proper sound quality at the same time. I also sell amp kits now which includ your 3 RCA and 8 gauge ground if needed.
I'd be interested in a speaker replacement kit, along with an appropriate amplifier and Lukebox combo. I'll leave the brand names up to you all that know better.
I have a speaker sale going on in the group buy and I can recommend a amplifer to match if you would like. Would you be planning on running a 4 channel for you interior and the a mono for the sub or a multi-channel for everything?

I will be running a flux capacitor.
Actually, I'm not sure what would be best. Which setup would be preferable?

I am sure Luke has went over it and may agree, what I would do is go with a 4 channel with a set of coxials in the rear and ideally components up front and the 5.25s are horribly place in the foot well and not in the sound stage of the E30s. E30s are pretty sound tight cars tho and a real good set of 5.25 mids in the front pockets will be satisfactory if your running a 1 inch tweeter in the factory location.
This would give you interior fill the much needed highs and mids that I feel the stock system cant provide plus very clear highs especially if you go with the Infinity Kappa setup listed. Soundstreams would also be an option too as you mids would be louder with your highs but this is if your going for a louder system in you car altogether.
I would complete with a mono amp powering 1 subwoofer in the rear as these are small cars and I believe there is not need for 2 10" subs rattling a trunk and making supreme noise instead of filling in the lows in your system.
At 4ohms 100watts per channel is enought to power a nice set of interior speakers and the interior would fill beautifully! If your looking for performance audio then obviously shoot for more.
