speedometer not working

So my speedometer wont work. I know it could be the sensor but what else could i check for should i switch out speedometers i have a spare?

You can try switching speedometers but that will only tell you if the speedo is bad, which rarely happens.

Another common issue is cracks in the cluster main board. Also the fuses for the cluster. Fuse 10,12,21, all 7.5A. Be sure to check the connector at the rear differential.
