    Lights out?

I bought a 86 325e a week ago, i replaced almost all the bulbs(most where burnt out). Just yesterday the dash lights stoped lighting up and my whole right side lides on the car? I checked fuses all good and I tried replacing bulbs? So whats that leave me with trying to fix this? Stupid electrical gremlins

With a respectable digital multimeter start engine and check volts on battery poles. 13.4-14.2V are good but higher...not.Turn Headlights on while engine running. Voltage shouldn't drop over 0.2V. If you get burned bulbs voltage might be too high. Can damage everything. You might need to change the voltage regulator on your alternator. GL

If I remember right the unloader relays may have something to do with this.

Your saying replacing the relay would maybe fix the problem

You can try tapping on them or swapping them. Again Im absolutely sure but I remember unloader realys causing something like this.
