Speedometer, turn signals and radio all cut out together

Was just currious if anybody has had this issue before or has an idea what would link the speedo, turn signals and radio all together. They all intermittently will stop functioning for a little bit then start working again. It does not happen often an I have not diagnosed it at all yet since it is so infrequent. I'm guessing there's a common ground they share that could be the culprit but figured I would ask before I go poking around under the dash. The car in question is an 88 325

Common issue.

Replace the fuse. Don't inspect it, don't test it, just replace it. While your at it, replace fuse 10, 12, and 21. Trust me.
