Debating on leaving the rain sensor cover on. Since it didn't blackout the glass. I sprayed some leftover black plastidip straight on the glass

Plastic Dip, interesting. I have yet to cover mine yet, still looking ugly, i was thinking of getting some tint and cutting it in a shape to cover it but idk. I may try this though, seems to do the job good enough. How has yours held up as far as for the glue and the mount? I'm afraid to mess with it too much because i had a hard time at 1st getting it to stick.

I read your write up. Very helpful. Haven't done the reverse wire yet. But will add it when I get some wiring. Mine is a vert so the mirror mounted to the windshield already. Just twisted old one off and twisted new one on.
