installing 6.5 inch speaker in the front question

I just came across the glovebox problem. Oh man. This sucks.
I have my XM in there, and the crossover will go there too. I really like to use it.
Does anyone make a modified glovebox, so that it will be able to open up, even with my mega speakers?
I really don't want to have to cut the glovebox apart. :(

i think you might be stuck w/ going to the door. My speakers don't like to fit in the stock locations very well either. I think i can make them work. however i am considering a different set before i start building enclosures. I am not happy w/ the output from my focal 6.5's.
