speedo but no other instruments in the cluster

Turn the engine over tach works about 5 seconds then drops to zero function. Gas indicator has zero function, temp and mpg dont work. Blower motor the control for 1-2-3-4 doesn't work... any thoughts?

Check fuses 10, 12 and 21 first.

yup...believe it or not, likely it is a bad starter causing the HVAC fan issues.

Find the small green/black wire on the starter, disconnect it and connect it to ground. See if the windows and the HVAC fan work...but that should have nothing to do with your cluster issues.
