I just got a Delphi RoadyXT last weekend and installed it today in my 1991 BMW 318ic and its working great. I had originally planned on using the aux input on my Clarion DXZ845MC deck, but I had to change mounting locations. I had planned on munting it to the lid of my ashtray, but it ended up not working well at all. Instead I used the vent clip (I plan on changing this at a later date). Because of this relocation, the cable I'm using for my iPod became awkward to use in this application, so I used the RoadyXT's FM transmitter instead. I was suprised at how well it works. The display color isn't too shabby either. Enjoy the pics!
I had to take a few things out to run the antenna wire. I test fitted the antenna in a few locations (you can see it in the background)

The antenna neatly mounted on the trunk. The wire runs under the tonneau cover into the car.

The system installed. You can see the aux cable I use for my iPod in the cubby. And yes, I modified the bezel on my clock to route the wires (have to replace the clock anyways as it has a broken LCD). The power runs from the lighter under the ashtray and up behind the dash (I plan on hard-wiring it eventually).

With the dash lit up. The RoadyXT's display color is fairly close (it has 7 different choices).
