Thats a screenshot taken from the movie - and there are no other scenes showing the dashboard unfortunately.

Yeah, gotcha. IMO, it looks like a very early Kenwood, like perhaps a KDC883, but most of the early ones looked like that one. The US was almost 2 years behind the rest of the world in getting CD players though, so it could have been anything.
