    tachometer quit working

a while back ago my car got jacked. they fucked it up and looked like they offroaded it and bottomed it out pretty hard. ever since then my tacho would go in and out. usually if i just hit the dash a couple times it would perk back up and show the proper rpms. but now it just won't work at all. everything else seems to work fine except the tachometer. so after pulling the cluster out, everything is still plugged in and tight, and after shaking the wires a little it still wouldn't come back up.

should/can i fix the cluster that i have? or should i just find a new one?

    thank in advance

Replace fuse 10, 12, and 21 first. If that does not fix it, consider replacing your SI board batteries or the board itself.

All of the fuses look good. Tomorrow I'll look at the batteries. If I took a meter to it how many volts will the battery put out?
