    Stock radio blowing fuse?

Since Sunday, every time I turned on my radio it will blow fuse 12. Does anyone know what might be happening?
I don't use the radio much so it doesn't affect me much but would like to know what might be going on.

    Thanks

Pull the radio out and check if its blowing fuses still. A wire might be pinched. If you plug the radio back in (without being installed in dash) and it still blows fuses, you might have a short inside the radio.

I'd bet the factory amp died and is causing problems. Start by unplugging it and turning the radio on. It's in the trunk near the antenna.

I have another problem: Recently I turn on the radio and the display and antenna (power one) all function, but there is no output (no voice from the speakers at all) Both radio and cassette are the same...any cause? Amp or radio itself?

Could be either. Have you checked all your fuses? What if you turn the stereo all the way? Can you hear anything then?

Nothing even crank all the way...do I have to check all the fuse or only some specific one?

Check those and fuses are fine (I think I check them all) but still no sound...any other possibility?

Thanks, but I check all fuses in the fuse box and all of them are good...

It blows fuse only if I turn the radio on. If I leave it in off, it doesn't blow any fuses.
