No power to CLCU or light timer control relay

I've been trying to get my dome lights and CL working for a while now. I've replaced both the CLCU and light control relay because they were both corroded from water damage. But still...nothing works. No clicks, nothing. I can jump the pins in the connector for the light relay to get the dome lights working with the door switch. I've also done the red/black wire modification to no avail.

What would cause no power to be reaching the CLCU or the light control relay? I have power on both sides of the red/black wire splice. Where does the power come from to power the CLCU and the control relay? Could I have snipped the wrong wire during my splice?

I have the ETM but I'm not any good reading it or troubleshooting from it.

    Any help is appreciated!

Time to troubleshoot. First ensure the fuses are good. Use the etm to find the wire color and splice locations. Then go and inspect them. Wiring may have been severed, melted, burned, etc.

I checked fuse 27 when first troubleshooting and it was indeed blown. I replaced it with a new 25A fuse and still I have no power. I haven't checked any splices yet though. I DID check ground G200 up under the dash and cleaned all connections and tightened it up real tight.

So if I have made the red/black wire modification, I SHOULD be getting power to both the CLCU and the light relay, correct? I just find it odd that I have power on both sides of that red/black splice but no power to either of the components.

I'll do some more digging around in there.
