Modern cell use via car mic and speakers

So I'm curious. Has it been done to where like in modern cars you can attach your cell to a blue tooth in the car only in an e30? I'm curious about it cause it would make things a lot easier for me and I'm sure a few others. There is a spot in the h-vac panel where you can have a good mic installed and have the speakers play who you're conversing with.

I feel like radio places are able to do this with a special radio deck but I want this to be an independent system. You just connect your phone e to it via Bluetooth er something. Let me know.

Note: I don't want it to be seen at all. Just a back round modern touch to an already amazing car.

Also I can't stand ear pieces. I barley like ear buds.

I have a 90's Alpine CD player with rear aux in.
I have a Bluetooth receiver plugged in:

All of the wiring for the kit is tucked down behind the radio/HVAC panel. The only thing visible is the sync button/mic piece, which is about the diameter of a dime, mounted on one of the blank switch pieces.
I just leave my head unit set to aux in 99% of the team to play music/podcasts and answer calls. It also maintains support of 'OK Goggle:' voice prompts on my Android phones.
Sound quality for streaming music is great, and talk quality has not had any complaints either.

I'll get a picture to show how little you see.

I have a pioneer Bluetooth unit and put the microphone through a button blank above the radio. Crystal clear.

I bought this Pioneer for less than $100. The Bluetooth works perfectly and the illumination color can be changed to match the E30's dash lighting.
