Cut my rear seats for the Lukebox

My current black seats hAve a rear armrest. These don't, so I bought these precision port 2" from Amazon. Great quality, and only thing I really did to fit them was cut a 2.5" hole thru the foam....and these tubes fit in without any trimming. Prepared for the negative comments but I love it.

I can dig it. With very little sound system knowledge, I take it this really improve sound drastically?

In a cloth seat, I doubt it made much difference.

I'm no audiophile expert....all i know is that with my black leather seats w/ armrest + lukebox.....there was a drastic difference in sound with the armrest up vs down....

In a cloth seat, I doubt it made much difference.

I think it does make a noticeable difference. I have the same seats and Lukebox and I've listened to it with the back seat up and down and it certainly makes a difference. I'll probably do this since I can't find one with an armrest.

That looks awesome! I will be doing that to my rear M3 seat once when I get it reupholstered. I'm sure the sound will be way better with that port!
