    way WAY too much amp for that application , but if you are into it, whatever.

    I would recommend more like 25WX4 @ 4ohm.

    About $200 should be plenty.

    Remember that wattage is meaningless.

        Hey hey! I've got a 100x4 with my speakers. Granted, the gain is about on 2/5's, but still! haha...

        But seriously. Look on ebay and just get a 25x4 or 50x4. As long as it has High-pass crossovers (to take out the bass your little 5.25" speakers can't do without 90% distortion) and a line out (incase you want to add a sub ever) you'll be fine. And I doubt any amp made doesn't have these. Get a name brand with a warranty for some extra insurance against crappiness.
