Pinouts Bosh Motronic 1.7

Hi I have an E30 318IS M42 with Bosh Motronic 1.7 ref:0 261 200 175.
I´m searching all the pinouts of the ECU and the C101 blue conector on the dashboard.
Need some info where is the rev wire to install a new revcounter.

C101 is the round one on the firewall inside the plastic cover, and pin 9 is the tach signal on a black wire.

The diagnostic connector (round one with the cap on the firewall outside of the plastic cover) supposedly also has the tach signal present on pin 1, so if you want to use that, get a multimeter and make sure that there is continuity between it and C101-Pin9.


If you want to use the instrument cluster, see page 54. It looks like Pin 7 of C1 (not sure which color that is) is the tach signal, on a black wire.
