proper amp for JL 10w3v2-D4

My RCAs to the sub are sheilded/grounded and my speakers are running off of my deck, my sub makes unrelated noise when the stereo is on but paused or muted. it's VERY quiet, so it's not that big a deal. I took out the tweeters today, protected the magnets from grounding out, checked/fucked with all the wiring, and moved the wires away from the computer and I still get damn alternator whine. I'm almost ready to just disconnect my tweeters
