Likely not. Clifford is owned by DEI, and they try to not have convenient things on their alarms. Especially if it helps the installer.

Simply connect to the existing central lock system. There is no need to connect anything seperate.

Get the car back to stock, make the stock system work as it should. REMOVE THAT ACTUATOR, find a shop that has skilled professionals (unlike the 'tard who put an actuator in a BMW) or do it yourself...you really can, you know. It isn't that hard. Go buy some quality crimpers from Home Depot, and a cheap test light...you too can install your own alarm!

With help from R3V, of course.

Wait...huh? More intermittent? Walk me through your wiring...it has to be that or a bad control module.

I am going to bring this back out of PM and publically thank Luke for his help. After changing one of the relays, the system now works correctly everytime. There is no reason he should be helping to support a system that wasn't even bought from him, except for his generosity.

That said, Luke, don't you have some one-touch up and down modules I can buy from you? :)

As long as you have a coupe, I have ONE ancient NIB "Twindows" module that does "One Touch"...but up only, and only for 2 windows.

$55 shipped. Don't know if it works, but I will refund 100% of the money if it does not.

Can be triggered off of the keyless module too, of course.

My normal window module (Scytek, same as in my car) does do 2 windows up and down, (or 4 windows up or down) has a vent feature that is either remote controlled or when the vehicle hits 100 degrees, but does NOT do the typical "One Touch" unless you wire a seperate switch in to trigger it.

                      $60 shipped.

I think cutting a 3rd or 5th hole and adding a switch for all up and all down would be kind of pimp, too.

Oh yeah, thanks for the props, Trent.

I get tons of help and even more entertainment here.

I just want one-touch up and one-touch down. THe scyteck thing sounds like it doesn't do anything? I don't understand what you say that it does up and down but not one touch? Isn't that what normal window switches do? :)

I am sorry, you seemed like you might be more familiar with window modules in general.

The primary function of a window control module (in the aftermarket world) is to roll the windows up by remote. Both of the modules I described do that.

Yea, I didn't know that. I am more interested in one touch up and down in the car. :) Might be a nice feature to have. Do you know of anyunits that do both without having to make it switchable?

                                Hey Luke,

I'm new to the site and have been reading plenty to catch up. You seem to be the man when it comes to stereos and alarms. I wanted your opinion on this alarm system they are selling on ebay, their site seems to be geared to BMWs.

                                Thanks Luke

I was looking at this system on ebay has anyone bought this one yet? Thees have the nice flip keys as well.
