I have to remove my radio and take out my HVAC panel, so I can swap it out with my new one, and pull the OBC, and I can't do it without the radio removal tool. If someone has one that I could borrow, I would greatly appreciate it. I'll pull the radio the day I get it, and drop it back in the mail the next day. Of if someone has a spare one they could fork over, I'd pay a few bucks for it. Please let me know!

It is a 3mm allen key I think. Go that route, you'll save a ton.'89 325is S50 Track Montser

If the tool is only $8 bucks, I'd just get it. I removed mine from the dash years ago with an allen wrench, and it worked, but it got a bunch of gold shavings on the center console, it was annoying. Plus, I don't know if it strips the radio's "screws" or not--it sounds like it doesn't, but I never put my stock radio back in, so I don't know.1988 325ic Automatic
