Looking into a LTW speaker box, CF?

I talked to my friend about it....he says carbon fibre, just like fiberglass should resonate and wouldn't sound as good as mdf. No, he hasn't actually heard a cf box, but who has?

It's going to be some MDF in there, just not 3/4 in stuff. more like 1/4in with CF wrap, it should sound fine.

I wonder if you could build a SonoSub out of CF...

My SonoSub box weighed practically nothing in comparison to a typical MDF box for a 10" driver, and it hit very hard.

It's not especially pretty, though.
