    Installin the amp

I got an alpine MVR-F450 amp that i am installing to power my 10" alpine type r sub, infinity refrence 5.25's, and jl audio 5.25's/tweeters. I am using brand new rca's, speaker wire and amp wireing kit. So should i just take out the stock amplifier and the stock wires out and completly rewire the whole system?

i am a noob when it comes to systems 8)

Don't bother removing the old wire. Just tape up the ends and leave them there. Same goes with the amp, unless you really want to remove it.

I had to rewire to put in my Kenwood head & amp. Odd thing was the Alpine I took out was wired using the stock wiring without the grounds and worked. I tried connecting the Kenwoods wire harness and it no workee.

I completely rewired all 4 speakers & ran the 6 rcas to the amps (front, rear, sub) & changer control cable to the trunk. Right now I have the 2 Orion MTX3's in truck boxes in there (from My ex Tundra) I am looking for a sealed box for my trunk & deciding if 2 10s are too much. (I think it is)

It was a hell of a lot of work but It does sound great!!!!

Just went down & removed the power to one of the woofers and I definately need it.
