I eventually went with the Panasonic CQ-C7413. It doesnt look Factory per se, except at night the lighting is almost dead on with e30 interior lights. They dont make them anymore but I found unused ones on ebay for like $90. I'm happy with it. Steer clear of refurbs though.

When it comes to the CD43, is there any reason we couldn't bypass the cd changer for an iPod?
