Simply cut the side panels, then adjust your table saw to the same angle using the dam,n side panels....sheesh, you guy try so hard to make it difficult.

That looks to be the way to go. But I guess it also depends on the kind of guy. I have used modeling
software to design almost all of the box i've built.
        but that's me...;)

If I took the time to use modeling software for every box I build, I would never get any work done.

Besides, who is to say the angle guide on the table saw is all that accurate anyway?

Agreed on the time spent on the cad software but its
not my job :P. You are building these on a daily basis and experience is always better than know how.

And agreed on the accuracy of table saws they never are
            acurate.

What I want is to be able to do my little drawings on a tablet and have the PC keep track of what I design...instead of a pile of notebooks.

Any ideas for software for that? Something better than this:

I wish to hell I had notes on this:

Thanks. The car does 141db set up for music, and still sounds very nice, very detailed...just really freeking loud.

I did exactly HALF of what we did there (in dat 'teggie, yO!) for bass in my E30: 600 watts, 1 12"...still too much for me. But, it does sound really clean at 130db or so!
