    I just downloaded a copy adn use it as needed...but I am pretty comfortable reading shit like that.

    Grab a testlight and start checking wires off the switch. Might be a fried dimmer...nah, that would be too easy!

          i bought a haynes manual for it, hopefully that will help. anyone else have ideas?

              new problem- fuel level sensor is all messed up. it works at one point and next time i look my gas light is on and it says i have +295 miles!

              any ideas?

                Bad ground above the gas pedal.

                Pull the lower cover off the dash, grab a flashlight, loosen the nut (10mm I think) move all the wires around, then re-tighten.
