speedo, odo, and obc light no workie

I did some searches and could not find anything like this. At first my speedo/odo stopped working suddenly the other day. Was driving home, worked fine 30 min later didnt work. Then i noticed my obc doesnt light up as if the light bar went out. I find it hard to believe these 2 are not connected.

I checked the connection at the rear diff: fine
checked all fuses: fine
all connections behind cluster: fine
pulled out speedo: gears and all seemed fine

anyone else ever seen this. I'm stumped

Theres a speedo sensor in the differential that might be causing your problems but I dont know how that could effect your OBC.

Check it out, it is the + prong that connects to your speedo in side your cluster. You will see 4 or 5 prongs that plug in to your speedo, one of them is the +, this one will have a broken solder that should be re-soldered.

It says which prong is + on the speedo it self.
