The driver's side just isn't lining up. The Bass port has to go in way diagonal to even almost fit. I have a junk car and I practiced on it. I rushed the first hole on the junk car driver's side, and when it didn't line up I thought maybe I got the measurement wrong but I was real careful on my car and it still didn't line up. It is almost like the hole needs to go a half inch more towards the drivers side of the car but that support brace is there. How much space should be between the bass ports on the box?
West German BMWs, they just don't make the same as they did before the wall fell.
^Case in point: Auto-Repair Technology. Everytime my car isn't starting or acting up I let it sit, sometimes for an hour, sometimes for days. But it eventually fixes itself.

Thread from the dead: This is what happened to mine. IDK if it is the way the box holes were cut, could be off or something, or if the measurements just aren't right. It does seem like the driver side needs for be cut like half an inch further, but like you said, the support brace is in the way. Still sounds good, but I'll have to figure out how to get that port seated properly. Might be some sort of flexible tube we could use.

Glad I'm not the only one who had that problem.

No sir, there were 4 total that were wrong. Now that Justin is part of this deal, mistakes like that don't happen, because we build everything from jigs.
