Those things are too flimsy, I broke one in half one day. At least the cheapy metal ones are flimsy.

the taped bat implies that it has been used, so it is an even better theft deterrent.

DEI makes good power amps for subs, but they lack a bit on SQ. They are a bit unreliable too. A friend of mine has a DEI amp in a Denali for 3 10s and an ads for the mids.
