Help needed from Buyer/Seller of 1993 BMW E30 Convertibles

That is the reality. They are not the only ones. People get their E30 crashed into all the time and every time the guilty person's insurance only want to pay fair market price in their books and it is usually very low like $1500 to $2000 for mint E30 and we all know that current market value is more like $5000. -
your car looks to be around a $3500 car, maybe $4000.00 on a good day.
push the insurance company to settle @ $3000 for a total loss, and buy your car back from them at a nominal cost. if they give you $3000, buy your car back from them for cheap, fix it, pocket the rest. If what your saying is true about the car, sounds solid and you will easily come out on top. don't know the laws in VA but if your OK with a "junk" title or "salvage" title car, above makes sense.
just be sure to document all, so if ever you sell, you can assure the next owner how and why its a salvage title w/ back up docs & photos.Comment

I am still hoping to hear from the seller/purchaser of the 1993 BMW Convertibles that had been listed in eBay and Craigslist. I have PM or emailed several individuals that were personally involved in the transaction. Surprisingly, there were four 1993 listed for sale on Craigslist Washington DC between May and June 2014.Comment

This is what the state of Texas thinks your car is worth.

Insurance and the govt. are there to take our money, I was quite irritated and sad to read because there is so little we can do against those buttholes. I'm currently awaiting a reply from my insurance, they may not cover not at fault damage (hit&run? not sure what it is, could be vandalism or hit&run)Last edited by Myself; 01-27-2015, 09:14 PM.Comment
