M-Tech II Front Bumper Removal

Getting ready to remove the M-Tech front bumper to have it re-sprayed.
Does anyone know where I can find a step by step on this?
I don't want to mess anything up by just "winging it"
I've researched and havent been able to find anything.

Front bumper cover or the front spoiler cover? They are two separate pieces.
