Give it too me straight...am I FUBAR'd?
I'm in the middle of a suspension/bearing/bushing refresh and I've run into a snag with the rear hubs/bearings.
I used a bearing puller tool rented from auto zone and it pulled the hubs off no-problem, but the driver side rear bearing separated and left part of the sleeve still pressed on the hub...
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get it off? There is a lip but its way to small for the loads required and I'm afraid to use a cutting wheel for fear of damaging the hub itself...is this a $350 mistake? (cost of new hub)
Thanks,
-Curt
