Anybody know exactly what colors need to be matched up with what? I'm using the blue base.

So there is no need to splice wires? Just plug and play?

I think I have white bases in my front....
    Did you fry the switch?

has anyone installed one of the large white base switches in the rear? ive tried to follow BDsax's wiring but i either blow a fuse or the e36 switch doesnt work and the switch in the console works backwards. ive tried switching around the wires but nothing. and never has the e36 switch work. i also used two different switches just incase it was a dud. any advice?
