    IS Decklid Spoiler Installation Template

I know they sell these at the stealership but I was hoping someone that had used one still had it around. That is if they are reusable, that is they don't get messed up when ya use them. Seeing as I have never seen on e I wasnt sure if they could get messed up. Thanks guys.

Wow. I wish I'd had that when I installed mine! Would've saved a lot of cursing for sure!

James and I just have large ass slots from our guess work. What ever, the spoiler covers them anyways haha.

I just made a template from a large piece of wide ( width of trunk ) butchers paper. Taped it in place and took a pencil and marked the edge of a trunk that had a oem spoiler on it minus the spoiler. Then I marked the holes for the spoiler with same pencil. Transfer this to trunk you need to add a spoiler and line up and mark hole location and drill..... Perfect match up

You should try black silicone RTV . I will be installing one next week and will probably use that. Besides it won't be seen anyways.

I scored a nice trunk spoiler at the JY and will be working on this project soon, hope it works out good no mistakes.

Exactly, I did mine last night, it looks good, but it didn't fit perfect the first time, I had to make the holes a bit bigger.
