    I drilled once and use the tape method, it was 100% perfect fit the first time. I thought the directions and dimension was perfect. This was an awesome template.

    thanks a lot for the pictures! i am installing an E28 spoiler, so i don't think the numbers will work.

    this is helpful though, i don't have to imagine as much now.

    I only post this because sometimes it is easier when you see it drawn out. anyways, the numbers are correct - here is how I went about it..

    Yes, the m-tech1 has the same mounting holes as an iS spoiler.

    If anyone has an AlpineWhite trunk lid they want to DRILLLL holes into, let me know first!!! I will trade with you, mine is in very good condition and is ready for IS/MT spoiler installs ;)

    I put silicone on the holes then put it on, seals perfectly, no leaks.

    +1. Mine was pretty close though. Who cares, the spoiler covers it, just seal with Silicone.

    i will be putting mine on sunday along with my 87 front valence. i was going to use a ruler and a chalk box. now i know the numbers thanx a lot.

    Exactly, I did mine last night, it looks good, but it didn't fit perfect the first time, I had to make the holes a bit bigger.
