I hate to be that new guy to revive a few month old thread (yes, I hate that guy just like you do), but whats shown in the video is very self explanatory. The hardest part is removing the plastic tweeter pod.

My drivers side tweeter pod just popped off, but my passenger side one wont budge. I don't want to break the spring clip or pins..... how exactly is it supposed to pull off?

Could it be that your doorcard it preventing it to be removed? I would try and first remove your doorcard and then the tweeter. This also gives you excess to the bottom of the tweeter to pry it off the door.
