Taurus side skirts - modification and installation

On those pictures I am holding them tight up against the rocker, gonna go check the junkyard again tomorrow and see if I did get the wrong ones...

Actually, they do look weird, a little too "square" at the top. Are they off a boxy taurus?

They look like the right ones to me, but it looks like you're holding them "out" further from the car. Mine wrapped around pretty tight to the rocker, so much so that I used double sided tape along the top of the inside and it was flat against the rock.

I hate to say it but your car looks like crap painted all white.I'm happy to see theres another alpina e30 close to me in orange.I just have to say you had some harsh words for the side skirts.the alpina with the taurus side skirts is amazing looks way better than your car in my opinion.I 'm all for making a new local friend just the way you came of wasn't to nice.

Yeah, they're sportmax 002s. He was painting those and putting them on last summer when I bought an engine/trans from him. After I got the engine/trans and he had the money, I never heard from him about the ECU I was supposed to get included with the sale even though I PMed and emailed him multiple times. ...Just throwin' it out there...

im not sure,,, i mounted mine right at the little lip were the rocker starts i dont know if people mount them different or what. maybe cuase there black or something. Thanks!

Dunno. they look pretty flush, in a good way. Maybe its just the contrasting color. Any better shots?
