Heat these slowly, that isn't pyrex glass on your headlights. Just thick behind regular glass. 20 year old thick behind glass lol. I heated them to 100 for 5 min, 175 for 5 more, then 200, 250, 300, 350. Boom, lenses came right off. If your oven warms too fast then you are fizzeled, keep that in mind.

get new ones from the stealer if you are a perfectionist. if not then it won't matter much as you will probably only adjust your beams once.

Take them off and soak them in PB Blaster overnight if you can. May very well loosen them up enough to align and leave alone.

It'll work with US ellipsoids, though you having a '90 that means your car came with sealed beams stock. I wouldn't waste your time doing this to sealed beams. Just buy either some US ellipsoids or some Hella euro ellipsoids and go from there.

its impossible to do this to sealed beams, they are 100% glass on the outside.

Is there anyone around selling the crosshairs pre-cut? Most of the threads I've managed to find are from 08 and 09, would rather just buy some than have to struggle with cutting it myself.
