    A metal hacksaw with FINE Tooth blades work great for cutting plastic. The finer the teeth on the blade the better the cut, I recommend blades that are 24 or 32 teeth per inch.

    Also a chop saw works great too for precise cuts on plastic projects such as these

      Not to piss on the parade here but isnt the cost of this project a little high for something so small and easily acheivable with paint? Cool idea none the less.

        Nightshade paint from baxters works well also model car tinting paint works well! alls you have to do is clean your turn sig and sand it down a little then apply the paint and it works great! no having to find tails or cut plastic! :)
